At Ben Bennett's we have customers who supply us with their own material and just want a bit of adjustment to their steel which we are more than capable of doing with our many different production lines. Please see below the various options we are to do for hirework:
SLITTING
Steel Grades:
- CS70, CS80, CS95 & 125 CR1
- Also Stainless Steel

In coil form or flattened cut lengths as required.

EDGE DRESSING

- Gauge: 0.25mm - 2.0mm
- Width: 9.0mm - 150mm
Edge profiles available:
- Square, Round, Bevel & Handsafe
CUT TO LENGTH
Dimensional Range:
- Widths up to 235mm
- Thicknesses up to 2mm
- Lengths up to 5000mm
- Length accuracy +/- 3mm
- Material Strength: up to 2000 N/mm2 (Hardness 600 HV)
HARDENED AND TEMPERED
Steel Grades:
In coil form or flattened cut lengths as required
Dimensional Range:
- Gauge: 0.10mm - 2.0mm
- Width: 3.81mm - 228.6mm
Surfaces:
- Blue/Black Unpolished
- Bright Unpolished
- White Polished
ROLLING
We are able to roll all different types of material and are capable of working to tight tolerances.
GRINDING SERVICES
We are able to offer our grinding services for any type of rolls, rotary machine knives & surface grinding.
